Mortgage with incomes from abroad

Do you work abroad and are you thinking of buying a property in Czech Republic? That has its specifics, but in some cases it’s possible. Moreover, we will need only one personal meeting by the end of the procedure for signing the mortgage contract.

We will discuss questions to your plans per email or phone, for example

  • What is the price of the property you are looking for?
  • How much do you have your own money for the house?
  • Have you already got some loans? What are the payments?

And few questions about your incomes

  • What is your job?
  • In which country do you work?
  • What is your salary after tax, in which currency?
  • Does your salary come to Czech bank account or abroad?

And your residence

  • What is your nationality?
  • What is your residence in the Czech Republic?
  • How long have you been living in the Czech Republic?

Yes, some questions are quite personal. But they are necessary for choosing a right solution. Especially, since December 2016 and October 2018, when the Czech National Bank significantly tightened up rules for provision of new mortgages.
